J&D Manufacturing's Ridge Fan is the perfect solution for year round air exchange, especially in the winter where it expels moist, stale air and encourages an influx of fresh air to enter the facility. The Ridge Fan features a design that incorporates the center fan body into the transition body. By eliminating the center fan body, we have created a ridge fan that takes up less area on the roof. This fan will take care of unwanted and dripping condensation from your ceiling, so animals or workers won't feel a drop.

Aircraft Hangars

We had excess heat in our hangers and added multiple J&D Ridge Fans with curbs. Reduced heat load and employee comfort.

Warehouse ventilation

We have a large warehouse that gets very hot in the summer. We installed multiple Ridge Fans in the roof line and felt immediate relief. Highly recommend.

We had old non-functioning exhaust fans on vertical shafts on our Condo high rise. We selected the J&D Ridge Fans and used a controller to adjust the speed for CFM flow.

We chose to utilize J&D Ridge Fans to ventilate multiple Bitcoin Containers. They really worked well to remove excess heat and cool the ASIC servers. Very pleased.

Manufacturing Facility Ventilation

We had old out-dated ventilation in our manufacturing facility and needed to ventilate areas over our machine shop, welding and flame cutting areas. We installed the J&D Ridge Mounts Fans throughout the entire length of our facility. What a difference. Fumes and excess heat was totally removed. Highly recommend.

GYM Ventilation

We have a 20,000 sq ft Gym with weight room, racquetball courts, yoga center, indoor pool, etc. Our A/C energy cost was very high and we had high humidity and moisture issues that needed to be expelled. Factory Fans suggested the J&D Ridge Fans to be placed over the pool, restroom and select areas of the GYM. We still use the A/C on a limited basis but most of the time we have the ventilators operating to draw in cool outside air and remove the humidity.

Warehouse ventilation

We have a 80 x 160 warehouse that we store machinery and the heat is unbearable in the summer. We installed 6 of the J&D Ridge Fan and what a difference. Great low cost option. I also appreciated the expert advice that was offered at Factory Fans Direct. Highly recommend.

Apartment Building Ventilation

We have an older 5 story apartment complex in Florida with non-functioning down blast extractors. We had very high bids from Greenheck and Loren Cook and decided on the J&D Ridge Fan due to our limited budget. We are very pleased with performance of the units at a 1/4 of the cost of other extractors.

Very effective roof top extractors

We installed the J&D rooftop extractor's on our factory and noticed a difference in air quality and workers comfort. Mike was also very helpful in designing the layout and recommending the units that fit our budget.
