Shipping & Returns on "Special Order" Industrial & Commercial Fans & Equipment

Please call for a commercial shipping quote.

Commercial fans and equipment are "special order" and are built per customers requirements. Once the order has been placed and entered into the manufacturers production schedule, the fan/equipment order can not be cancelled or returned and is non-refundable.

If the order is damaged during shipment, Factory Fans Direct and the manufacturer will file a damage claim and new fans or equipment will be shipped at no cost.

All Edmonds products are “Special Order” to customers specifications and require payment in advance. Once the order is placed, order cannot be canceled or returned and is non-refundable. If order is damaged during shipping, customer must contact Edmonds US within 24 hrs. so a damage claim can be filed and a replacement product produced and sent to customer.

Damaged Products

If product is damaged in shipping, please call 888-849-1233 as soon as possible to process a damage claim. A replacement product will to shipped within two - three weeks depending on the product damaged.
